Share Information

Sievi Capital plc’s share “SIEVI” is listed on Nasdaq Helsinki. The shares are included in Euroclear Finland Ltd’s book-entry system. The shares have been listed since 24 May 2000.

The Company has one share class, and each share entitles to one vote in the General Meetings. All Sievi Capital’s shares carry equal rights to dividends and other distributions of funds by the Company. The Company’s registered share capital amounts to EUR 15,178,567.50.
