Management

The management of the company consists of a CEO and a CFO. The CEO manages and supervises the company’s business operations according to the Finnish Limited Liability Companies Act and the instructions and authorisations issued by the Board of Directors. The CFO is responsible for the financial reporting process and supports the CEO in the management of the company’s business operations

Ville Nikulainen, CEO

Ville Nikulainen (born 1970, M.Sc., Econ.) was appointed interim CEO of Sievi Capital Plc on 22 March 2023. He has extensive experience from financial, managerial, and board of director duties including serving as the CFO of Mint of Finland Ltd. and Assebmblin Oy, as well as other financial management duties at Stora Enso Oyj and Uponor Corporation.

Tuomas Joensuu, CFO

Tuomas Joensuu (born 1992, M.Sc., Econ.) joined Sievi Capital in 2019. He was appointed CFO of Sievi Capital in 2022. Before joining Sievi Capital Tuomas worked e.g. at Summa Capital Ltd, focusing on advisory services related to mergers and acquisitions as well as financing arrangements.
